Are you interested in putting your skills to the test against your industry colleagues?

Entering the 'Roussillon Dessert Trophy' competition is a great opportunity to showcase your abilities and raise your profile as well as providing a great chance to learn more about this diverse wine region.

Wines of Roussillon are launching this competition to find the 'perfect pair'. This is an ideal way to promote learning and development within the industry and stresses the cornerstones of a good business – front and back of house working as a team.

Complete the entry form and return it to the AFW by 1st September 2006. winners will spend 4 days either visiting the producers of Roussillon's finest wines or at a 'stage' at the Ecole Internationale de Patissier in Perpignan with the world champion patissier chef, Oliver Bajard.
